iOrderUP LLC provides AI-powered phone assistants for restaurants. When a customer calls a restaurant that uses iOrderUp, we act on behalf of that restaurant to help answer the call and provide the requested service.

Restaurant callers: We may collect a caller’s name, phone number, order details, reservation request details, and call recordings and transcripts. We collect this information to process the caller’s request and improve the service.
Restaurant customers: We collect business contact information, account information, and billing information from restaurants that use our service.

We share information with the restaurant the customer called and with service providers that operate the service, including providers of telephony, voice processing, hosting, and payments. These providers receive information only as needed to provide the service.
